I attached a full clip of chases with me an Billy where a pallet was thrown without a stun, one with a stun, and the one not stunning when it should

Steps to Reproduce
- Have a Killer within range of pallet stun
- See if a noise occurs
- See if the Killer was not stunned
Explanation
Killers within range of pallet stuns sometimes do not get stunned. A momentary initial smack noise from the pallet hitting the Killer plays but no stun occurs.
