Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Teamwork: Full Circuit
2. Go on a generator with 3 other people
3. Check Skill Check size

Explanation

Teamwork: Full Circuit (Dustin perk) is bugged. It's supposed to increase the Skill Check zone by 25% for each other survivor working on a generator with you. Back when the perk launched, if you had 4 people (including you) repairing a gen the Skill Check zone would be over half of the circle (as seen in the video below). However, now it's only getting to 1/4 of the circle with 4 people on a gen. I believe the new Diminishing Returns feature is applying on the perk itself for each of the 25%. In reality, this feature should only work in between perks, not in one perk itself.
