Steps to Reproduce

1. Down all survivors
2. Survivors all surrender
3. pick up a survivor
4. select "end trial"

Explanation

When the conditions are met while to use the "end trial" feature on killer, if you select the option to do so while carrying one of the bots instead of leaving them on the ground that bot will be considered escaped instead of surrendered.
