Actual Result:	When running her pigtails stick out to the side and from her side view they jut out unnaturally.
Expected Result:	When running they should flow behind rather than to the sides. Without animation they should sit more naturally against her head

1. Choose Mikaela
2. Enter cosmetic screen
3. Turn to side view
4. Join game with Mikaela
5. Run, heal self or do a gen
