Steps to Reproduce

1. Im just spending bloodpoints and dont get the perks in the blood web

Explanation

Im currently leveling Jake and have perks I got from the shrine (Fixated and Inner strengh). I already have them on all the other survs but I cant get them at Jake. I spent almost 10m bloodpoints and still dont have them at level 3
