Steps to Reproduce

1. loading in on racoon city police department
2. while wearing the laser bear pants cosmetic

Explanation

While loading in on racoon city police department east and west as feng min wearing the "laser bear pants" the player cant sprint instead it will stutter and as soon as you interact with anything you are permantly stuck, even if the killer hooks you you will be stuck again
