Steps to Reproduce

1. I don't know it just started randomly

Explanation

i was playing wesker and apperently i started to move buggy and i was super fast and when i hitted the survivors they got downed for 1 sec but after they stood up again and i dunno i couldnt use my ability anymore (wasnt my wifi cuz i had a great ping)
