Explanation

I've previously reported the bug with the estimated time not showing properly, which is basically only showing "EST. {0..."
but now apparently I've noticed that the timer does not go up sometimes (remains at 0:00) when you're in matchmaking queue, and sometimes in lobby when you're getting ready to start a game you do not see a timer at all.
