Steps to Reproduce

1. need to join the game before the bug happened
2. queue into a game with it equipped
3. did not know of this bug before queueing up

Explanation

I can use flashlight while my friends don't, i haven't joined the game in a while (Latest event flashlight) and i was able to join a game with a flashlight
