Steps to Reproduce

1. Put Residual Manifest in your survivor build
2. Load in and see it does not show in bottom right corner

Explanation

Upon running Residual Manifest alongside three other perks (in this case Empathy, Background Player and Strength in Shadows), I spawn in the map with the latter three but not the RM one. When I pressed tab I could see in the UI that I have 4 perks but in reality bottom right corner only showed me I have three perks equipped. I confirmed the perk is not active by standing next to an empty chest - I did not get the prompt to rummage through it. This has been tested in 3 consecutive matches.
