Explanation

I reported this bug last night but it happened again but in a different circumstance. I was playing skull merchant and I was just playing like normal and all of a sudden my radar is gone from my hand and I can't use my power at all, put out drones, take them back in, change rotation. Nor could I attack, break pallets or vault. Nothing but movement and camera. Last night I also got stunned by a pallet in this position and it locked my movement and camera however that didn't happen this time so I'm not sure if that would have happened again.

I don't have any video or anything from this game but it's the same thing as last night just my radar disappears from my hand and I can no longer use the power or anything really apart from movement and camera.

I can't help with steps of reproduction this time since I was just playing normally chasing and hooking survivors as I would and it just randomly happened at some point. So sorry about that.
