Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into a trial as Survivor
2. Complete the main building gen, or gen specified in achievement
3. Escape through an opened exit gate
4. Return to main menu

Explanation

Achievements tied to completing the last generator on a specific map and/or escaping via that generator (e.g., "gen rush" or map-specific escape achievements) are not triggering, even though the in-game conditions appear to have been fully met.

I've missed out on multiple achievements on maps that infrequently show up, please fix this issue.
