Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip any range extending addon on the doctor
2. Notice that the angle of the shock therapy cone is decreased instead of remaining the same
3. Observe that extending the range also affects the cone's angle
4. Verify that this behavior is not listed in the addon description
5. Test that hitting targets closer to you becomes harder due to the changed cone angle
