Steps to Reproduce

1. Take Quest for "Repent X Times"
2. Survivor Downed
3. Interact with Statue Says "Repent"
4. Does not count towards Repent, Only towards Remove Survivor from Exiled but counts as "Repenting" and removes heresy from you anyways

Explanation

When using Alter while affected by Heresy, repenting does not count towards quests for Repenting if survivor is already Exiled. It counts in game as "Removing heresy" but does not count towards quest to Repent.

For the purposes of in Game it has the same effect as "Repenting" for the character affected. But not towards quest.
