Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Survivor go into the dying state from Dragon's Grip
2. See if the Exposed Status effect does not go away

Explanation

Blight's perk Dragon's Grip keeps the Exposed Status effect after being downed with it active. I did not know the perk was still active. It is only upon seeing the Survivor's perspective did I find out.
