Steps to Reproduce

1. Run dark devotion
2. play any killer
3. hit obsession

Explanation

The killer per Dark Devotion is not applying the killers terror radius to the obsession after they have taken damage by any means. The game still registers that the terror radius is around the obsession for killer powers like Legion, but from the obsessions point of view they don't have the audio of the terror radius so the Legion for example is undetectable with no explanation.
