Steps to Reproduce

1. Go on the Forgotten Ruins map
2. Use portal from downstairs to upstairs
3. I was in a boon radius
4. Near a generator
5. Had 6 hatchets left
6. Missed a hatchet
7. Yellow packet loss icon appeared

Explanation

On Forgotten Ruins, as Huntress, unable to do any actions for the entire game after this point onward.
