Steps to Reproduce

1. Perks: deja vu, hyperfocus, built to last, stake out
2. Toolbox: commodious toolbox
3. Toolbox perks: brand new part, wire spool
4. Killer: huntress

Explanation

I was doing a generator as usual with normal skillchecks, then randomly got two impossible skillchecks. They were tiny and fast, impossible to successfully complete them. In result, the killer found me and started chasing me
