1. Load on Dead Dawg Saloon
2. Go to gallows
3. Try to blink onto railing.
4. It works, but shouldn't

On Dead Dawg Saloon, Nurse can blink on top of gallows railing, as already reported in https://app.betahub.io/projects/pr-5642738318/issues/5887.
