Actual Result:	Status effects from Reverse Bear Trap addons are not applied to survivors when the Video Tape addon is used
Expected Result:	Status effects from other Reverse Bear Trap addons, such as exhausted, should be applied when the Video Tape addon is used.

Additional Notes & Comments:	I attached 3 videos, 3 parts of a 40m test me and Druss did of most addon combos with Video Tape

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select The Pig
2. Select Video Tape addon and any addon that applies a status effect, like 'Slow Release Toxin' (which applies exhausted)
3. Start the match.
4. Survivors will not be exhausted or have any other status effect from any other addon.

Explanation

When using the 'Video Tape' addon, The Pig's Reverse Bear traps do not apply the status effects from other addons, such as 'Face mask' and 'Slow Release Toxin'
