Steps to Reproduce

1. Play match of Lights Out
2. Survivor is hooked
3. Survivor is unhooked
4. Said survivor is**** with a hook spike while their endurance is still active

Explanation

In the Lights Out game mode, when hitting a survivor who has endurance with a hook spike as Jason the hook will embed in the survivor but will neither trigger the endurance nor deal a health state.
