Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip any survivor item f.e. Flashlight
2. Enter a match as Survivor
3. Complete all five gens or have the killer trigger end game collapse
4. Interact with the Exit Gate switch

Explanation

Chorus of Sin PTB Bug - Survivor models are not holding the items properly when opening the Exit Gates, in this case the flashlight appears off from the model.
