Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip surge
2. Pin survivor to wall
3. Hit survivor near progressed generators
4. Gens explode repeatedly

Explanation

Jason can hit impaled survivors and activate surge repeatedly causing gens that have progress to explode multiple times while hitting pinned survior
