Actual Result:	Skill check is impossible to hit
Expected Result:	A normal sized skill check when working on a generator.

Additional Notes & Comments:	I brought brand new part and socket swivels on the engineer's toolbox. I believe that brand new part is the issue.

Explanation

Skill checks on generators with the killer being "The Judgement" winds up being a micro great skill check that is impossible to hit. This happens in PTB. Killer did not bring Oppression.
