1. i am not sure how to reproduce it for someone else .

Explanation

i've seen the bug where the Facemelter Eddie huntress has a quieter lullaby before... but i just had a match where it was completely missing. the only way i knew i was in lullaby range was the visual indicator. even when inside his terror radius there was no lullaby.
