Steps to Reproduce

1. Being downed while a Heretic and on two hook states
2. The Judgement can kill the survivor
3. This may cause them to remain in the cinematic camera and not be sent to the score screen
4. The match continues

Explanation

In the Early Access PTB, The Judgement's mini-mori can occasionally not "fully" kill the Survivor, causing them to be stuck in their own perspective until the match ends or the player disconnects. If this counts for the DC Penalty, I do not know.
