Steps to Reproduce

  1. Attune to eye of vecna or hand of vecna & attempt to use it.
  2. Locker auras do not appear while in chase, and attempting to fast hop into a locker while in chase does nothing.

Explanation

Eye of vecna and hand of vecna both don't work currently. If you attempt to use the items, nothing happens.
