I don't know what caused this and have not seen it happen again but here is the log and the match is the third last as Feng Min in Family Residence map. The item in question was a key. If you put the item down and picked it up it then showed it correctly in the tab menu.

Steps to Reproduce
- Play Survivor in Chaos Shuffle
- Check the tab menu
- You might observe that the item does not show correctly and you can't see the add-ons either
Explanation
Your item not shown correctly in the tab menu when playing Chaos Shuffle match. Noticed this in one match I played when checking the tab menu that some reason it did not show what key I had but the black key icon that you have when selecting items in Chaos Shuffle lobby. It also did not show the add-ons.
