Expected Result:	special attack does not apply hex effect. only a basic attack.

Steps to Reproduce

1. i am not sure how to reproduce it for someone else .
2. if a branch appears in the affected zone try to select the end of it

Third Seal applied with executioner's ranged attack, when it is supposed to apply only with basic attacks.
