Survivors Not Grunting While Wiggling Issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick up a survivor
2. Have them wiggle
3. Randomly they won't make noise

Explanation

as killer, the grunts that survivors make while wiggling has been occasionally not working. this has happened on multiple different survivors while playing multiple killers on different maps and only started happening today. i will only realise the survivor is wiggling because i am being moved side to side. they just dont grunt and only make the regular breathing/whimpering noises they do when they arent wiggling. i havent noticed any specific perk causing this either.
