Actual Result:	The skin only displays 2 of the 4 Lobby animations, and is missing his match idle animation altogether.
Expected Result:	The skin shows all 4 animations, and has an idle animation that plays while not moving in a match.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select The Blight
2. Select the legendary skin called William Birkin
3. Watch his animations in the Lobby, or stand still in a match.
