Additional Notes & Comments:	If i remember correctly when i first bought this skin the hair used to move smoothly and this wasn't an issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play a match using Yui's forest guide skin
2. go up and down ramps or stairs to see the physics go everywhere
3. get picked up by a killer and whilst they move you can also see it
