It only happens so far on those two maps, I have not noticed any others.

Explanation
I have been starting games and specifically the maps Nostromo Wreckage and Raccoon City Police Station has these rooms that are blinded almost by yellow or blue light. It is hard to see and play like this with these spots on the map and I do not know if I'm the only player experiencing this with the group of people I end up playing with. It is not any custom games. This bug can not be created, it is spawned in on the map like this for no apparent reason.
