Explanation

I'm just stuck dead on the floor. the whole game I wasn't able to sprint every time i tried sprinting it would slingshot me back and i couldn't do anything without being stuck it would show the progress bar for any interactable but it wouldn't go up and I was just stuck not able to move just progressing it without ever going up
