Steps to Reproduce

1. Play perkless Jason on Forgotten Ruins?
2. Be on Torture Room generator downstairs.
3. Possibly hook a survivor and use Omnipresent Evil.

Explanation

Survivor frozen in front of torture room generator on Decimated Borgo Forgotten Ruins. I was playing as Jason with Detective's Badge and Coroner's Coffee addons and no perks. Described in end-game chat as the generator progress not going up. Unsure of whether or not their POV showed their player on the Generator but he was standing immobile on my screen, only able to look around with the mouse. When I hooked him, I assumed he was griefing and giving up but when unhooked was unable to move still. I cant test the bug as I dont have anybody to test it with.
