This is likely due to the fix to the sandbag's****boxes which were blocking projectiles recently.

Steps to Reproduce
- Load into Ormond Lake Mine.
- Have basement spawn in Shack.
- Have a survivor downed on top of the sandbags or have a downed survivor crawl up the sandbags.
- Have the killer attempt to grab the downed survivor.
Explanation
On Ormond Lake Mine, if the basement does not spawn in the Main Building, the sandbags in place of the stairs can be climbed by survivors and killers. If a survivor is downed on while on top of the sandbags, or should they crawl up onto them after being downed, they're almost impossible to be picked up by the killer. The only exception is if the killer climbs up the sandbags and grabs them, which is much more difficult as they get pushed down; or the killer has an option to mori the survivor.
