Additional Notes & Comments:	This happened on 6/16 around 3:45p PT so not sure if my log file is up to date since I just grabbed that today.

Explanation

Survivor teammate spawned in under the stairs on Midwich and was stuck there the whole game. This was Rick Grimes and he spawned in there and was never able to get out. The player DC'd but I was able to see the bot with Bond. Never seen this happen before so not sure why it happened.
