Steps to Reproduce

1. charge wesker power
2. attempt to hit a survivor that has started vaulting the pallet
3. notice how you can hit them only when they begin the vault while in reality even m1 can reach them up to the half of the pallet

Explanation

Wesker as of 10.0.1 again almost cannot hit survivors that are vualting pallets. While even the m1 swings can hit the survivors that are during the vault and up to the 3/5 of the pallet, wesker power fails to hit them while surv is in 2/5 of the pallet.
