Additional Notes & Comments:	I reported this nearly a year or more ago but sadly no fix yet. So I wanted to upload it in detail further with logs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load in with the onyro and a survivor
2. Go to any tv that is near a hill or higher surface.
3. Stand near that tv as a survivor to apply the debuffs.

Explanation

The Onyro - Her addon Sea Soaked Cloth and Rickety Pinwheel have elevation issues when applying the blindness status effect and the Obvlious status effect.
