Steps to Reproduce

1. Quit the medkit when the sound cue happened to reposition
2. Continue the action but nothing appeared
3. Install a brand new part and only hear the sound cue but see no skill check

Explanation

Skill checks simply not showing up at all. Both my friend and I have encountered this bug. Neither sound nor visual is appearing for the skill checks. Also, sorry for the poor quality and no sound for the video, I can’t transfer clips to my phone lol
