Actual Result:	Screen is completely white for a sizeable amount of time. Completely blinded with no visuals.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Unlock and choose any survivor or killer
2. Play said character in a match
3. Sit on the menu with any character

Explanation

Giant, blinding green/white blobs appear on the screen when using any killer or survivor, seemingly at random. It will happen on the character menu and in game every FEW seconds and tends to cover the entirety of the screen, completely blinding your POV. Seems to happen more on brighter maps. So far coldwind is the worst offender, blinded every 5ish seconds. Completely ruins the game
