Steps to Reproduce

1. play as hag
2. hook a survivor
3. after they set off trap teleport
4. and hit them

Explanation

whenever i play as hag star struck isnt downing survivors, sometimes it does work but 2 times now its been within 30 seconds and it doesnt do anything but injure, i wasn’t running any oblivious perks and it was WELL within 30 seconds. basically i hooked a person and immediately teleported and hit someone injuring them, not downing them. could it be that i teleported and i hit before the terror radius transferred with my body or smth????
