Actual Result:	Deep Wound bar appears no matter what is selected
Expected Result:	Deep Wound bar can be disabled from the bottom centre

Additional Notes & Comments:	I prefer to play without the Deep Wound bar at the bottom centre, and can no longer do so.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable/Disable Deep Wound bar visibility
2. Get Deep Wound applied onto yourself
3. Take note of the non-functional game setting

Explanation

Deep Wound bar visibility in-game setting does not function.

Enabling/Disabling the Deep Wound bar in the bottom centre of the screen does not work, and regardless of your option, it will always appear in the bottom centre.
