Explanation
Hello BHVR Support Team,
I am writing to report a persistent connection issue with my account. Since yesterday, May 12th, I have been unable to join any matches. I constantly receive the error message: "Connection with host could not be established. Please try again."
I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps:
Restarted my router and PC.
Verified the integrity of game files on Steam.
Cleared Steam download cache and synchronized my system clock.
Crucially: I tested the game using a different Steam account on the same PC and network, and it works perfectly.
This confirms the issue is specific to my main account and not my local files or internet connection. My account was previously under a temporary restriction that was scheduled to end on May 12th, and I suspect there might be a synchronization error on the server side preventing me from connecting.
