Additional Notes & Comments:	I'm also playing on the hotfix PTB but I've had this happen in the non-PTB previously

Steps to Reproduce

1. not sure what triggered it but be stuck under hooks
2. can't be healed under hook
3. emote to free yourself

Explanation

Stuck under hook after unhook. I've gotten stuck under another random hook before but the most recent one was the basement hook in The Game. I could not move or be healed under hook. After 4 or so minutes of being stuck I mashed buttons and learned that when I emoted I was free from under the hook.
