Steps to Reproduce
- Play as The Nurse.
- Equip the "Campbell's Last Breath" addon.
- Playout a full match and usually two or three times throughout a match you'll notice you have your blink fully charged and you send the blink and it simply won't 2nd blink you despite it being fully charged.
Explanation
The Nurse's "Campbell's Last Breath" addon is bugged and sometimes when playing a match despite you having your 1st blink fully charged it won't second blink you.
