Steps to Reproduce

1. Started when I loaded into the game, nothing else
2. Repeated after looking at the sky

Explanation

bright shapes on the whole screen, covering the vision. started as i loaded into the game and then happened every time i looked at the sky. it went away after my first hook, i think (i looked more into the ground for half a game so im not sure). i dont have logs, it happened two days ago and i dont know how to get them. yes i have amd gpu
