Clothing clipping with belt loops in 'Rose Cardigan' outfit

Actual Result:	Belt loops appear either detached or attached to the upper half of the body, and clip through the bottom of the sweater.
Expected Result:	A regular appearance, where both cosmetics do not have any sort of broken look to them, although minor.

Additional Notes & Comments:	Although her default pants are not paid, her other mentioned pair is + Nancy as a survivor herself is. This may be a more minor issue compared to some of her other ones, but the issue still stands.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Nancy's "Student Casual Jeans" or "Muddy Denim & Suede Boots."
2. Additionally equip the "Rose Cardigan" top.
3. View it in the store, lobby, or load into a match to view the clipping issues.
4. View the belt loops on both pairs of pants, which appear to both have the same issues.

Explanation

Nancy Wheeler's "Student Casual Jeans" + "Muddy Denim & Suede Boots" currently have minor clipping with the "Rose Cardigan" top regarding the belt loops, they additionally also appear almost detached and move with the top half rather than the bottom half. It's a smaller detail, but strange looking.
