Steps to Reproduce

1. Picked up disinfection spray to remove slugs match 1
2. Was**** by the nurse match 2
3. Med kit just disappeared

Explanation

Twice my loadout item disappeared without cause from me. Once when I got hit by a killer and once when I picked up a killer's item to disinfect. The item was not on the floor anywhere, so it wasn't dropped. It just disappeared. At the end of the match, it marked the items lost.
