Steps to Reproduce

1. I can't change my skins

Explanation

The "Customization" tab is failing to display any owned cosmetic items across all characters in the roster. When selecting any category (Head, Torso, or Legs), the UI displays the message: "No cosmetic items available" (No hay objeto cosmético disponible).
​Even though the characters are shown wearing previously equipped cosmetics in the lobby background, the inventory list remains empty, making it impossible to change outfits or view owned items.
